Charmain Jackman
Dr. Charmain Jackman is an award-winning psychologist, arts and wellbeing strategist, and the founder of InnoPsych, a platform advancing accessible, inclusive, and stigma-free mental health care. With over two decades of experience, she partners with artists and cultural institutions to embed trauma-informed practices into productions and organizational culture, including collaborations with the American Repertory Theater and Boston Lyric Opera. Prior to founding InnoPsych, she served as a school-based clinician for 17 years and as Dean of Health & Wellness at Boston Arts Academy, where she cultivated supportive environments for students and staff. A TEDx speaker featured in outlets such as NPR, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe, she also serves on the Massachusetts 988 Commission, advocating for systems-level mental health change.
