BIOGRAPHY
Deborah Vandergrift
Stage Manager Deborah Vandergrift (Antigone) spent most of the last nine years at Hartford Stage, stage managing twenty-seven productions, including March of the Falsettos/Falsettoland, Martin Guerre, A Dybbuk, The Merchant of Venice, The Women, Suddenly Last Summer/The Poet, Pearls for Pigs, Cymbeline, The Clearing, and most recently Michael Wilson's Macbeth. Other work includes productions at Glimmerglass Opera, Phoenix Theatre Company, and the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival. Production work in arts festivals includes the New Haven International Festival of Arts and Ideas, Arts Festival of Atlanta, and the 1996 Centennial Games Cultural Olympiad. She holds a B.A. in english and theatre from Oberlin College and an M.F.A. in stage management from University of California, San Diego.
