Don Reilly

Don Reilly, who played Jack Tanner/Don Juan in Man and Superman last season, returns in the role of Petruchio in The Taming of the Shrew. His Broadway credits include The Heiress and Arcadia. He appeared as Claudio in the New York Shakespeare Festival's production of Much Ado About Nothing at Central Park, as Fortinbras in Hamlet at The Public Theater (which was telecast on PBS's Great Performances), as Hamlet in Fortinbras by Lee Blessing at the Signature Theatre (as well as at La Jolla Playhouse), and as Marchbands in Candida at Riverside Shakespeare. Resident credits also include All's Well that Ends Well at Hartford Stage, The Philanthropist at Long Wharf Theatre, Romeo and Juliet and Love's Labour's Lost at Great Lakes Theatre Festival, and the title role of Hamlet at Virginia Shakespeare Theatre. His television credits include "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Spenser for Hire," "The Perry Mason Mysteries," "Another World," and "As the World Turns," and he appeared in Penny Marshall's film Renaissance Man.
