Kevin Varner
Kevin Varner is a 1998 graduate of the American Repertory Theater/Moscow Art Theater Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University. While there, he performed in American Repertory Theater productions of The Winter's Tale, Man and Superman, The Bacchae, The Taming of the Shrew, and In the Jungle of Cities, as well as A.R.T. Institute productions of The Three Sisters, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, and Betrayal. Other professional credits include Sir Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night and Cleante in Tartuffe (The Acting Company); Carnival (Nebraska Repertory Theatre); Misalliance, Biloxi Blues, Our Country's Good, and Man of La Mancha (East Carolina Summer Theatre); A Christmas Carol (Alabama Shakespeare Festival). Recently, he originated the role of O. Henry in a world premiere musical about the author's life entitled A Christmas to Remember at the Lyric Stage in Dallas, Texas, and co-produced and acted in Bearded Iris, a new comedy by David Stein, Off-Off-Broadway. He's a grand prize winner on the new VH-1 game show, Name That Video.
