Kristin Flanders

Kristin Flanders (Slippy Helen in The Cripple of Inishmaan) previously appeared at the American Repertory Theater as Joan Brennan in The Marriage of Bette and Boo, Portia in The Merchant of Venice, Hilda in The Master Builder, Katharina in The Taming of the Shrew, and Ann Whitefield and Doña Ana in Man and Superman. She has played many roles at the Guthrie Theater, including Iphigenia in Iphigenia at Aulis, Chrysothemis in Electra, Masha in The Seagull, and Ariel in The Tempest; at Hartford Stage she appeared as Clarice in The Servant of Two Masters and as Miriam in The Women (directed by Anne Bogart, who also directed her in Marathon Dancing at En Garde Arts in New York and The Adding Machine at Actors Theatre of Louisville). Other credits include Largo Desolato, Search and Destroy, Daylight in Exile, and Underground at Yale Repertory Theatre; As You Like It at Idaho Shakespeare Festival; Citizen Tom Paine at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts; and Buying Time at Seattle Repertory Theatre. She appeared on television in One Life To Live and As the World Turns.
