A.R.T.: What to Send Up When It Goes Down. Yu-Hsuan Chen is a New York City-based set and production designer working among theater, film, event, and exhibition. Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, she received her MFA in Design for Stage and Film at Tisch School of the Arts, NYU.
