In our society, it is commonplace to use violence as a way to solve problems. We see violence in small ways in our daily life, such as road rage, and in major conflicts between groups and countries. When our interactions become polarized, we forget the humanity in people and we only think about winning or being right. It has been shown time and time again that when we use violence to solve problems, nobody wins and everybody loses.
