We are excited to roll out a new and improved digital ticketing experience for our patrons this May for Black Swan. These secure, mobile-friendly tickets will increase your convenience and provide new features for you and your guests.
Convenient Check-In
Do you worry about leaving your tickets at home? Or having to print out a PDF? With our new ticketing experience, there’s no need to fret. Instead, you will easily pull up your tickets on your phone.
New Feature: Mobile Wallet
Do you use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet? Our new digital tickets are compatible and can be downloaded right to your phone, making it even easier to pull them up as you arrive at the theater.
New Feature: Share Tickets with Guests
Are your guests arriving separately? Is someone in your party running late? Our new digital tickets can be shared securely with anyone in your party so they can check in at their convenience while you find your seats.
This new experience will start in May 2026 for the run of Black Swan. If you are unable to use a digital ticket, please contact Ticket Services to request an accommodation.
How to Use Your Digital Tickets
Access Your Tickets
- Head to our new digital ticketing portal on your mobile phone
- Log into your existing A.R.T. account by entering your email
- Choose to either: have a unique code sent to your email; or enter your password
- If you chose to receive a code, enter it next (your phone may even autofill it for you)
- Select your show
- Present your tickets to be scanned
Only digital tickets that present a refreshing QR code can be scanned at the theater. The QR code will appear 3 hours before your show.
Download Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet
- When viewing your tickets on a compatible device, tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet”
- Choose how many tickets in your order you would like to add
- View them in your mobile wallet
- Present your tickets to be scanned

Share Your Tickets
- When viewing your tickets online, tap “Share” (tickets cannot be shared from a mobile wallet)
- Enter the name of the person you would like to share your tickets with and choose which tickets you would like to share
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use
- Confirm the information you entered
- Tap “Share with Your Guest” to send an invitation via email, text, or another app
- When your guest receives the invitation, they will click the unique link, log into their A.R.T. account, and accept the tickets
- If your guest doesn’t have an A.R.T. account, they can easily set one up from the invitation
- When viewing your tickets, you can share the invitation again or get them back if your guest can no longer use them
The face value of the tickets will be visible to your guests.
