The island previously known as Long Island is sinking. Today could be its last day. Most of the inhabitants were evacuated a year ago, but this is the story of the ones who stayed. In this unpredictable world, the Widow is searching for a new life, the Bride is looking for a way out, the Doctor is trying to find a cure, and the Poet is seeking his inspiration. Anything can happen as these characters struggle against the forces of destiny.
Written by Kim Rosenstock (writer and co-producer of the hit television series “New Girl”), and directed by Shira Milikowsky (The Lily’s Revenge and the Institute productions of Twelfth Night: Or What You Will, and BOB: A Life in Five Acts), Bride*Widow*Hag uses dark humor, inclement weather, and pop culture to explore self-perception, society, and Apocalypse.
