Harvard Law School’s Austin Hall was built by H. H. Richardson in 1881 – 1884 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
Ames Courtroom, on the second floor of Austin Hall, is home to the Ames Moot Court Competition, one of the most prestigious competitions for appellate brief writing and advocacy in the nation.
