A six-story contemporary building clad in aluminum and glass seen at dusk. The library can be seen through glass on the first three floors.

The first library in the Grove Hall neighborhood opened with 200 books on May 1, 1898. The current library opened on April 4, 2009 in the new Dr. Albert D. Holland High School of Technology.
